Commission structure: 20%-50%. Sales Leadership Program – Unit Leader: Recruit 5 New Reps, in 2006 Unit Leaders earned an average of $1,311* in additional income. Advanced Unit Leader: Develop 2 Unit Leaders, in 2006 Advanced Unit Leaders earned an average of $8,046* in additional income. Executive Unit Leader: Develop 6 Unit Leaders, in 2006 Executive Unit Leaders earned an average of $28,888* in additional income. Senior Executive Unit Leader: Develop 9 Unit Leaders, 2 of whom are Executive Unit Leaders, in 2006 Senior Executive Unit Leaders earned an average of $137,997* in additional income.
Cost to get started: The cost is only $10, that’s it!! Avon has the lowest start-up cost of any other consultant company, it is extremely affordable!

Additional bonuses (trips, vehicles, etc): There are no trips or vehicles to be earned if you join Avon but there are other incentives such as Money, gifts such as jewelry; fashion & more, gift cards, free business & sales supplies to help your business, a one-on-one financial session with Suze Orman and so much more!!
Catalogs released: There are 2 Campaigns every month, so Catalogs are constantly available. Each Campaign has its own Catalog, the Catalogs are very inexpensive. Example – 100 Catalogs = $19.00!!
Training provided: Online training is available, interactive Power Point presentations walk and talk you through what you need to know step-by-step, incentives and contests help you move through it, too.
Monthly sales minimums: No, the only thing asked is to place a Campaign order 1 time for each campaign, this can be as small as $1.00
The cost of a website, should you choose to become an E-Representative, which I strongly recommend, only costs $7.50 per month! Should you have at least 1 customer buy from you in each campaign your $7.50 will be waived each time.

My story: I chose to be an Avon representative because the prices for both myself and my customers were unbeatable. I had been selling products for another Beauty company and had noticed that the prices were too expensive for most of my customer base, and even with my discount they were too pricey even for me.
I still wanted the freedom to own a business of my own but I wanted to work with a company that provided wonderful products for a fraction of the price. Well, needless to say Avon was that company. I researched so many different beauty consultant businesses to get the facts from each one and though some looked glamorous with trips and car incentives, I really found Avon to be down to earth.
I am a big bargainer and am constantly looking for the better deal, so I find that Avon is the better deal, the prices are unbeatable, the products are trendy and fun. I love the mark collection, it’s my favorite!
